Exhibition Profile: | Poland Warsaw International electronic Cigarette Exhibition VAPE referred to as Poland electronic cigarette exhibition, held once a year, is a professional electronic cigarette industry exhibition in Europe, the last exhibition was held in Warsaw International Convention and Exhibition Center, Poland, an exhibition area of 20,000 square meters, 220 exhibitors, 12,000 professional visitors.
The organizers of the Polish e-cigarette Show have rich experience in holding exhibitions, starting from 2016, and have accumulated for 8 years. The Polish e-cigarette Show offers an opportunity to enter emerging markets and lay out in advance. Designed to create a real connection between all manufacturers, equipment vendors and vapers and their customers, VAPE Poland was born to bring the entire vape community together.
At present, Europe is a hot market for the e-cigarette industry, and Poland will be the first choice for e-cigarette manufacturers. The Poland International e-Cigarette Show, held in Warsaw since August 2016, has attracted more than 150 exhibitors from around the world and more than 78,000 visitors to the Kuala Lumpur Pavilion. In March 2019, at the same location, the exhibition gathered more than 120,000 visitors.
Overall smoking rates in Poland have been declining since 2006. In Poland, 26% of the adult population are current smokers, down from 35% in 2006. That means there are now about 8.4 million smokers in the country. Among them, 30.3% of men smoke and 21.6% of women smoke. Nicotine vaporizers (e-cigarettes) are legal in Poland, which has 363,700 e-cigarette users and a smoking rate of 1.14% among adults. It is required to ensure that e-cigarette packaging contains health warnings and can only be sold to people 18 years of age and older. E-cigarette devices can be purchased without a prescription, but there are legal restrictions on their use in public places. Heated tobacco products are legal and can be marketed, but the situation is more complicated for Swedish-style tobacco (snus). While it is illegal to import snus for trade or online purchase, it is possible to import them for personal use.
Following the April 2023 announcement by the Polish government that nicotine-containing e-liquids used in e-cigarettes and other e-cigarette products will no longer be included in the country's list of poisons for controlled substances, the Polish International e-Cigarette Show will be a new beginning, a decision that also opens the door to a large legal nicotine e-cigarette market.
